- I have bought one USR 33600 externet modem on 12/2/95, and I
- installed it on 13/2/95, but I found that there are some problem while
- I were using.

- My modem always say "BUSY" on dialing while I can hear that the line
- is not busy.
- The communication program (e.g.: Telix, Dial-up Networking) cannot
- find the modem, but after I quit that program and enter again, it can
- find the modem.

- I want to change my modem to a new one. Therefore, I went to USR
- HK Agent (TUREBLESS) on 14/2/95, but they told me they cannot change
- to me immediately. They keep my modem and told me after checking the
- modem
- they will change a new one to me, but at least 2 days later.......
