  12.   I have bought one USR 33600 externet modem on 12/2/95, and I
  13. installed it on 13/2/95, but I found that there are some problem while
  14. I were using.

  16.   My modem always say "BUSY" on dialing while I can hear that the line
  17. is not busy.
  18.   The communication program (e.g.: Telix, Dial-up Networking) cannot
  19. find the modem, but after I quit that program and enter again, it can
  20. find the modem.

  22.   I want to change my modem to a new one. Therefore, I went to USR
  23. HK Agent (TUREBLESS)  on 14/2/95, but they told me they cannot change
  24. to me immediately.  They keep my modem and told me after checking the
  25. modem
  26. they will change a new one to me, but at least 2 days later.......

  28.   I am very very angry about they cannot change a new modem to me
  29. immediately, I just brought for 2 days........
